With 20 years of hands-on plumbing experience, Mike started Modern Plumbing of the Triangle with his beautiful wife Karen with a clear goal: put customers first. After seeing how corporate sales quotas and pressure to upsell could get in the way of good service, he decided to build a company around his own standards alongside his loving and forgiving wife.

His approach is straightforward: listen to the customer, explain the problem, and provide an honest quote before work begins. He believes you deserve to understand what needs fixing, what your options are, and what the work will cost without pressure or unnecessary extras.
